To begin the process we review your current defined processes and methods. We then modify and incorporate in our own custom internal system logic if required. If there is no currently defined client approach we then create a draft of our proposed systems and present our recommendations to your team for approval.

In all of our projects we make use of project management software that allows our entire team and the client to be aware of the tasks, timelines, and issues that will arise in the development and there are forums to openly discuss the various aspects of the development process.
